The Right Pressure for Every Surface

High pressure is what causes most pressure washing damage — stripped paint, forced water behind siding, etched concrete, split wood grain. We match PSI and GPM to the surface: soft-wash levels on roofs, siding, and painted surfaces; higher pressure reserved for driveways, concrete, and other surfaces built to take it. A downstream injector applies chemical at low pressure so it’s the dwell time doing the cleaning, not force.

Is the cleaning solution safe for my pets and kids?+

Once fully rinsed and dried, the treated surface is safe for normal use. During application we ask that pets and kids stay clear of the work area, the same precaution you’d take with any household cleaning chemical.

Will your chemicals kill my grass or plants?+

We pre-wet landscaping before any chemical is applied specifically to prevent this. Some browning can still occur with prolonged direct contact, which is why pre-treatment and careful application matter.

What PSI do you actually use?+

It depends on the surface: soft-wash levels (under 100 PSI) for roofs and siding, and higher pressure reserved for driveways and concrete built to handle it. We never use one PSI setting for every surface.

Do your crews wear protective equipment?+
